Report of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting of the Iranian Tour Operators Association (Second Session)

Summary of the Meeting:
The meeting was held with the esteemed members of the association present in the Mohtasham Hall at the Iranology Foundation. The agenda included the following topics:
1. Review of annual performance
2. Approval of financial statements
3. Determination of annual membership fee
4. Appointment of provincial representatives
5. Election of auditors
Election of Auditors:
From six candidates, after voting:
Principal Auditor: Mr. Salman Raftari from Alma Safar Parsi Company
Substitute Auditor: Mr. Mohammad Derafsh Kavian from Kahan Kian Kavian Company
Both candidates were elected by a majority vote.
The meeting concluded at 15:00 with the approval of the minutes by the elected board members, the representative from the Ministry of Tourism, and the representative from the Iran Chamber of Commerce.
Opening Speech:
At the beginning of the session, Dr. Nezamzadeh, the International Deputy of the Iranology Foundation, delivered a speech. He emphasized the importance of organizing expert meetings for producing travelogue content and providing promotional materials for international exhibitions, referring to the cooperation agreement between the foundation and the association.
